About Reservation for Two
In a world where recipe's are often based on 4-6 servings, cooking for two can be a challenge. However, Reservation For Two is designed to eliminate this challenge by cutting out unnecessary servings and offering tips on what you can do with leftover ingredients. The end result will be less food in your garbage and more money in your pocket.
Reservation For Two also strives to serve up mostly healthy meal ideas -- with the exception of a few indulges from time to time --making dinner time not only easy on your wallet, but easy on your waist line too.

About Me
My name is Kara O'Dempsey, and I am a newlywed on a mission to make delicious, (mostly) healthy meals on a budget.
I live in Naples, Florida with my husband Adam and our two dogs Chloe and Milo.
I am a University of Texas alum -- hook 'em horns, as well as a graduate from DePaul University in Chicago. I studied English and Journalism, but outside of my studies I found a passion for food (and an occasional glass of wine, or two...)!
I obtained my enthusiasm for food, and inevitably cooking, from my parents. They are both masters in the kitchen, and I have them to thank for decades of wonderful memories shared over numerous delectable dishes.
