Asparagus

Directions
1. Break off the bottom of asparagus and lightly peel the outside of the asparagus stalk.
2. Place asparagus over a 12-inch strip of aluminum foil. Fold up aluminum foil around the edges to make a foil packet.
3. Lightly drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
4. Close the top of the aluminum foil to seal in the asparagus. Either place the aluminum foil packet on the grill for approximately ten minutes or in a 350 degree oven for approximately fifteen minutes or until asparagus is tender (thicker asparagus will take longer).
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 6-8 asparagus stalks
