Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
Optional Ingredients
1. Mix marinade ingredients together. Cover steak with the marinade and place in a sealed container in your refrigerator for several hours.
2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to a medium size skillet and saute onions, jalapeño pepper and green pepper for 1 minute.
3. Add in the marinated steak. Cook and stir for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in the center. Let all of the ingredients simmer for about 3 minutes.
4. Place beef, peppers and onion over warm tortillas.
5. Top with desired optional ingredients, regular salsa or avocado and mango salsa.

- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound top round steak, cut into strips
- 1/2 onion, julienned
- 1/2 green pepper, julienned
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup corn
- sour cream
