Below are a few menu samples that will help you plan dinner for the entire week . I'll continue to add news plans, so be sure to check back for additional ideas.

Monday: Chicken Nacho Casserole • shredded chicken, onion, bell pepper, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies baked in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce and garnished with your favorite nacho toppings

Tuesday: Thai Chicken Soup • shredded chicken, onion, bell pepper and green beans in a coconut Thai infused broth topped with roasted peanuts

Wednesday: Asian Turkey Meatballs • Asian infused baked turkey meatballs served with a soy and sesame dipping sauce and a side of steamed green beans

Thursday: Turkey Tacos • ground turkey, onion and bell pepper cooked in a blend of taco seasonings served between hard taco shells and topped with lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream

Friday: Creamy Vegetable Orzo Alfredo  • orzo, shredded zucchini, bell pepper, onion and corn mixed in a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce

Monday: Sesame Beef Sirloin with Garlic Butter Green Beans •  marinated beef, stir fried in light sesame oil and sesame seeds served over rice with a side of steamed green beans in a garlic butter sauce

Tuesday: Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps • beef strips and vegetables stir fried in chile sauce, garlic and fresh lime juice served in a crisp butter lettuce leaf

Wednesday: Baked Chicken and Marinara over Alfredo Orzo with Peas • mozzarella topped chicken breasts baked in marinara sauce served over a creamy Alfredo orzo with peas

Thursday: Coconut Chicken Curry over Rice • thai coconut chicken curry with green beans and red peppers served over brown rice

Friday: White Margarita Flatbread Pizza • flatbread pizza with a light alredo sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil 


Buffalo Chicken Salad • Hot Pockets • Chicken Parmesan Dippers • Taco Pot Pie • Turkey Taco Chili

Monday: Buffalo Chicken Salad with Creamy Jalapeño Dressing •  a spicy and fresh combination of grilled buffalo chicken tenders, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, scallions and cheddar cheese all drizzled in a homemade creamy jalapeño dressing

Tuesday: Vegetable Hot Pockets • baked crescent rolls stuffed with peas, zucchini, celery, cheddar cheese and cream of chicken soup 

Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan Dippers • panko and parmesan encrusted baked chicken tenders dipped in marinara sauce and served over angle hair pasta

Thursday: Taco Pot Pie • a layer of taco meat, followed by a layer of corn, onion, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, green chilies, and cheddar cheese, all topped with a crescent roll and garnished with salsa and a creamy jalapeño dressing

Friday: Turkey Taco Chili • ground turkey, corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies and onion in a taco infused broth


Quesadilla Fiesta Salad • Lasagna Soup • Caprese Tenderloins • Pizza Rolls • Alfredo Chicken and Rice Bake

Monday: Quesadilla Fiesta Salad • cheesy quesadillas served on top of a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, corn and taco rice with a cilantro-lime dressing

Tuesday: Pepperoni and Italian Sausage Lasagna Soup • spoonfuls of Italian sausage, pepperoni, spinach, mafalda noodles and mozzarella cheese in a tomato broth topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil

Wednesday: Caprese Beef Tenderloins with Asparagus • beef tenderloin served over a toasted french baguette topped with garlic and red wine vinegar Roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.  Served with a side of asparagus 

Thursday: Pepperoni Alfredo Pizza Rolls with Caesar Salad Topped with Homemade Croutons • crescent rolls stuffed and baked with light alredo sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.  Served with a side Caesar salad adorned with crisp homemade garlic croutons

Friday: Alfredo Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake • layers of rice, corn, asparagus, Parmesan and panko encrusted chicken and diced tomatoes all baked in a light alfredo sauce

Friday: Pork Chops with Garlic and Parmesan Cauliflower • pork chops marinated in pineapple and apple juice and seasoned with an oil and paprika basting sauce.  Served alongside garlic and parmesan baked cauliflower

Monday: Bacon-Wrapped Honey Barbecue Chicken with a Barbecue-Ranch Wedge Salad • barbecue chicken tenders wrapped in bacon and seasoned with a touch of honey.  Served with a barbecue ranch wedge salad 

Tuesday: Mexican Club Sandwich • layers of salsa, guacamole, chicken, lettuce, tomato, pepper Jack cheese and bacon stuffed between baked tortilla shells, and served with a side of guacamole and chips

Wednesday: Creamy Noodle Casserole • ground turkey, onion, bell pepper and pasta baked in cheesy cream of chicken soup and topped with breadcrumbs

Thursday: Barbecue Turkey Burgers with Sweet Pepper Potatoes • juicy turkey burgers in a sweet barbecue sauce topped with lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with sweet pepper potatoes 

Friday: Creamy Garlic and Tomato Pasta • diced tomatoes, peas and pasta in a light garlic cream sauce

Wednesday: Mini Pizza Burritos • tortillas stuffed with sausage, onion, pepper and cheese baked to crispy perfection
